Set up your project to Create a Flash file
Launch the Adobe Flash program and select “Flash File (Actionscript 3.0)” under the “Create New” menu.
Introduction of Flash Workspace
The flash workspace is composed of a stage where you see your graphics, a Tools panel, a Timeline panel containing layers and frames, a Library panel where reusable assets are stored, and a handful of other panels used to manage color, transformations, and more.
Save file location and give the Flash file name
In this step can you check the file location and save your file to specified location.
Our example we give the flash file name as “Codescratcher.fla”.
Check Document Properties of Flash file
If you want to change the properties of the document file then, right click on the flash workspace area. Go to Document Properties…
It will open Document Properties dialog, from that you can set the Dimensions, Background color, Frame rate and Ruler.
Select Text tool from the Tools
Now, can you go on the tools and select Text Tool (T), you will drag the text tool on the flash workspace area and give the text with the some specified title.
In our example we give the title as “Welcome Codescratcher”

Save your changes
Run the Flash file go to Control, and Test movie(Ctrl + Enter)

Check Publish settings for your Flash file
Now, if you want to change the publish location of the file and also publish with the .exe or .html then go to File from the menu and select the “Publish Settings…“.
